Carla Vasquez began her interest in the legal field when she began working towards her Associate and Bachelor's Degree of Science, emphasis in Criminal Justice, graduating class of 2011. The in-depth overview of the Justice system sparked her interest in continuing her education and obtaining her Paralegal Certificate in 2015. Carla worked for some of the most prominent employment law companies in Los Angeles as a litigation paralegal. That is where she gained knowledge and experience in the legal field, working alongside some of the most experienced and knowledgeable trial attorneys to litigate plaintiff's cases from the commencement of the initial consultation up to trial.

Carla's passion has grown substantially to help people and the public. Her passion has led her to obtain a bond and registration from the State of California as a Legal Document Assistant in 2021 and ventured out as a small business entrepreneur and owner ofFileLegalDocuments Document Services, Inc. Carla's long-term goal is to attend law school and become an attorney, looking forward to opening and operating her own law firm while advocating for plaintiff's rights.

Hello, my name is Alexia Aguilar, and I am honored to serve as the assistant to Carla Vasquez here atFileLegalDocuments Document Services. I have been a commissioned California Notary Public for over two years, and I bring both professionalism and compassion to every interaction. My background includes a strong foundation in customer service and administrative support, with a true passion for helping people through life's important transitions.

I am currently pursuing two Associate degrees at Fullerton College: an Associate of Science in Business Management and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration, both in progress. I earned my high school diploma from Whittier Christian School, and I am now licensed in Life, Health, and Sickness Insurance, allowing me to assist clients with their insurance needs and further expand my knowledge and services in the financial and service industries.

In addition to my role as a Notary Public, I am also a certified Loan Signing Agent. This means I am trained and qualified to handle the notarization of real estate loan documents. I ensure that all signatures, initials, and documents are completed accurately and returned promptly to avoid funding delays. I take pride in being a trusted part of the real estate closing process helping borrowers, buyers, and sellers feel confident and informed during one of the most important transactions of their lives.

With a strong focus on client service, I specialize in front desk operations, calendar and schedule management, multitasking, and organizational support. I strive to truly understand each client's unique situation, build trust, and help them feel confident throughout the document process. My goal is to not only support our clients efficiently but to also make them feel heard and respected.

In addition to serving as Carla's assistant, I also proudly hold the title of Chief Operating Officer (COO) ofFileLegalDocuments Document Services. In this role, I help oversee the daily operations of the business and work closely with Carla as her right hand to ensure our workflow, client experience, and internal systems run smoothly and efficiently.
